Once you know what a window of opportunity is, you suddenly see hundreds

How do we do it?

We conduct education in a series of waves. Students have to ride the wave before it breaks and then have to paddle like hell to get into the next wave. Each wave represents an investment in progressive education to equip guides to ride bigger and better waves. The period between waves is used for self-study and/or practical field work. The candidate needs to drive this. Each wave of success leads to better benefits and opportunities. For example, a guide who makes it to wave five is ready to guide on luxury tours, but a guide should first prove he/she can ride wave four to be considered.
